On July 7 pm, the Taiwan Week in Hubei Wuhan ? Wujiashan Taiwanese Businessmen Investment Zone forum was held in Dongxihu District. The representatives of agricultural organizations as well as the agricultural and food experts from Taiwan exchanged ideas with their mainland counterparts.

The head of Taiwan agricultural cooperative mechanism, Jinrui Qian, said that the cooperative, a non-governmental organization, played a role in increasing agricultural competitiveness and farmers’ income. Yuemen Yu, an agricultural expert, introduced the innovation strategy of Asian agricultural cooperative, while Prof. Rongzhe Cai from Chiayi University made an introduction to the deep processing and development of vegetables, fruits and other agricultural products.

Hanwen Zhang, Chairman of National Association of Taiwan Compatriot Investment Enterprises, said the experts had made inspiring speeches, and in the future they would be invited to help those Taiwan businessmen who have invested in the mainland with the agricultural development.
