On August 26, NPC deputies of Dongxihu District specially inspected the construction of infrastructure and supporting projects of the Oriental Lucky Horse, requesting related government departments, the owner and the parties concerned coordinate with each other to guarantee the completion of related projects as scheduled on the premise of quality and quantity.

On that morning, the deputies accompanied by Jin Zhihong, the deputy district head inspected on the spot successively the Boquan Horse Training Ground, Youzheng Road and the situation of surrounding infrastructure construction. They listened to the report on the scale and pattern of the surrounding municipal infrastructure and supporting projects of the pan-Lucky Horse area. Xiao Zuoyi, deputy to the City National People's Congress expressed on behalf of the inspectors: the deputies in Dongxihu District will support the construction of the Horse Ground infrastructure and supporting projects whole-heartedly, and simultaneously request related government departments, the owner and the parties concerned coordinate with each other to guarantee the completion of related projects as scheduled on the premise of quality and quantity. It is introduced that the construction of infrastructure and supporting projects of the Oriental Lucky Horse were undertaken by the municipal and district government. According to the plan, the left-turn ramp of Jinnan 1st Road, the open into concealed of rain sewage at Jichanghe and such 7 infrastructure facility projects will be completed before the September of 2008. The total investment will be more than 200 million Yuan, and at present, each project is progressing smoothly.
