In the morning of March 28, 2008, the tablet award of State New High-Tech Enterprising Service Center and new site of Across the Strait Enterprising Service Center-foundation laying ceremony of Wuhan Across the Strait Technology Enterprising Town was solemnly hold in Across the Strait Science & Technology Industry Park.
    Vice director-general of the Association of China New Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone He Zhiming, vice chairman of provincial political consultative conference Chen Chunlin, director of provincial Taiwan Affairs Office You Xigui, standing committee member of city Party committee and vice mayor Yue Yong, former director of the municipal NPC Zhao Ning, director of municipal Taiwan affairs office Huang Chuqing, vice director Jiang Yulan, vice director general of city Science & Technology Bureau Sun Mingan, secretary of district party committee Yan Puliu, vice secretary Li Huaba, standing committee member of district party committee Huang Hua, Yu Youming, Xu Xianqi, vice chairman of district political consultative conference Li Yansheng, Chen Sanfa and Huang Liping were presented on this ceremony.  
    According to the introduction from the general manager Li Guoqing of Wuhan Yinhu Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd that Wuhan Across the Strait Science and Technology Enterprising Town is composed of a enterprising building of 24 storeys, a headquarters building of 18 storeys, three research and development centers of 12-15 stories, and over 100 enterprises can be settled here, forming the annual comprehensive tax revenue of about RMB 0.25 billion Yuan.
    The standing committee member of city Party committee and vice mayor Yue Yong attends to the ceremony representing the municipal Party committee and municipality and expressed his congratulations to the activity. He praised that the construction of Wuhan Across the Strait Science and Technology Enterprising Town can develop “Enterprising by the whole people with centralized advantages, provide the enterprising platform for the development of medium & small enterprises and energetically promote the development of private enterprises and medium & small enterprises. It has important significance for creating the Enterprising Capital in the west of Wuhan.  
   

The Bureau of Economy of State Taiwan Affairs Office also sent the congratulatory message, with the contents that the establishment of State New Hi-Tech Enterprising Service Center and Wuhan Across the Strait Science and Technology Enterprising Town will necessarily play an active role in quickening the development of Wujiashan Across the Strait Science And Technology Industrial Park.  Member of party organization of the Ministry of Science & Technology and director general of China New Hi-Tech Zone Society Zhang Jing’an and director of Torch Center of the Ministry of Science & Technology Liang Gui have also sent the congratulatory letter, with the contents that as an important region of hinterland of China, Wuhan and Dongxihu district shoulder the important historical mission and glorious duties, the commencement of Wuhan Across the Strait Science & Technology Enterprising Town and award of State New Hi-Tech Enterprising Service Center will provide the powerful driving force for the regional economic and social development.  

Finally, vice chairman of provincial political consultative conference Chen Chunlin and vice director-general of China New Hi-Tech Zone Society He Zhiming awarded the tablet of state-level Across the Strait Enterprising Center. The director of Across the Strait Science & Technology Industry Park, Zhu Pengqiao and general manager of Yinhu Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd Li Guoqing accepted the tablet.
