Yesterday, the Orient Lucky Horse Ground gains another powerful aid of 8 Kazakhstan riders and 150 Ili horses. They came to Wuhan and joined in the Orient Lucky Horse Ground.
According to the coach of the Orient Lucky Horse Ground Wang Xinyuan, the 150 horses selected this time have an average age of 4-6 years, most of which are from herdsmen families of Xinjiang Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture, and some of them are recommended by the Army Horse Farm of Ili Shaosu County.
It’s said that the Orient Lucky Horse Ground has worked out the global purchase plan to introduce thoroughbred internationally in order to be consistent with the international practice and create the No. 1 race domestically. It is heard that early next year, the Racing Ground shall purchase 100 racing horses and the proceedings for imported ones are also under transaction. By the next November, there will be more high quality racing horses to be put into race.
Eight Kazakhstan riders will arrive at Wuhan together with the train of horses. Among them, the oldest is 21 and the youngest is 17, but all of them have the very rich professional experience: they have been riding from the childhood and took part in the 10000m local horse race and lamb snatching race held each year with good achievements and riding length of 10 years.
