Salary: the investors shall submit the employment plan to the Labor and Personnel Bureau of the Development Zone for record after obtaining the business license, and publish recruitment to the society in accordance with relevant procedures. The salaries shall be determined by the enterprise itself.
Employment injury insurance: payment ratio of the enterprise shall vary from 0.2% to 1.9% depending on the industry category. Employees shall not need to pay.
Medical insurance: the employer pays 8% of the total monthly average salary of the employees every month. Employees shall pay 2% of the average monthly salary.
Unemployment insurance: the employer pays 0.7% of the total monthly average salary of the employees every month. Employees shall pay 0.3% of the average monthly salary.
Basic endowment insurance: the employer pays 16% of the total monthly average salary of the employees every month. Employees shall pay 8% of the average monthly salary.
Employee incentive fund and welfare fund: the board of directors shall determine the proportion based on the after-tax profits of the enterprise.
Maternity insurance: the employer pays 0.7% of the total monthly average salary of the employees every month. Employees shall not need to pay.
