Itmeans that the access way of the Park will be increased from one to four， and the traffic capacity will be greatly improved.Xiao Yabo， Design Director of District Urban Investment Project， dare not slack off. The construction of Wuyan Park was completed for approval， and the project feasibility report entered the approval stage immediately in the past Spring Festival holiday.

“It is normal for us to synchronize multiple processes”. Xiao Yabo introduced that the road engineering around Wuyan Park and Jinyinhu Union Hospital area include five roads.Its operation will form a perfect municipal road network in the residential area around the Lake to facilitate residents’ travel， and will further open up the production and transportation channels of Wuhan Cigarette Factory. “The main principals of construction， transportation， gardens， street offices and other departments have coordinated on site for many times to ensure the early commencement of the project. The preparatory can’t be delayed.Through the simultaneous promotion of multiple projects.”

Song Jinsong， Director of Construction Department of District Urban Investment Project， believes that taking advantage of time difference instead of standing still is an effective way to improve the preparation and construction.“For the Bishui Avenue Project under planning recently， we took the initiative to connect with Wuhan Water Affairs Bureau due to the conflict between the lower intercity railway line and the location of another pump station under planning. We start to adjust immediately as soon as their planning is adjusted.”

Song Jinsong introduced that the feasibility report and design scheme during the pre-preparation of the project are carried out one by one according to the general process， and the simultaneous promotion of multiple preparatory with active intervention can improve the efficiency of project preparation greatly.

Relevant responsible person of District Urban Investment said that there are more than 150 engineering projects undertaken this year， and they would start the project early， put it into use early， and provide good services for enterprises and residents by improving work efficiency and optimizing the preparation process.
